Sarah’s Fajitas

There is a recipe for fajitas from the spice I use for this recipe, but this recipe is a little different and I have kind of made it a little simpler.

3-4 chicken breasts (depending on size of the brood you are feeding) cut up into inch sized pieces
lime juice
The Spice Hunter Fajita seasoning blend
– put cut up chicken about 1/4 cup of lime juice and a tablespoon or two of seasoning blend in a bowl, and let sit for a good 1/2 hour before cooking. (It is probably advisable to put the bowl of chicken mixture in the fridge, esp. if you plan to let it marinate for a longer period of time.)

red, green, yellow, or orange bell peppers, and one onion, all diced.
grated cheese

saute, bake or grill up the veggies. I like it when they are browned a little on the edges.
saute the chicken until cooked through. Spread cheese on tortillas, then a heap cooked chicken and veggies on top of cheese, wrap up, and fry, or serve as is. Serve with extras such as sour cream, salsa, lime wedges, rice, corn, pinto beans, etc… Enjoy!
