Monday: Spaghetti saves the day! Didn’t have any fresh greens for a salad, so we had spinach instead. I am kind of a stickler about having greens with dinner… we actually got the kids to eat their spinach, and Beau really liked it and ate 3 servings!

It’s been so long since I’ve done a menu! I kind of let it go this summer with all the craziness that was trying to cook meals from all the veggies in our veggie share. That’s another post though…
