  1. Recipe, please! I don’t have a single bread recipe that doesn’t contain sugar. (At least none that I’ve been willing to try so far, but if you say it’s good, I’ll try yours!)

    And that is indeed a lovely perfect loaf. Do you use a two pound loaf pan? Metal or glass or stoneware? We’ve outgrown our breadmaker, so I’m doing it by hand now and am shopping around for pans.

  2. Yes, I think a recipe is necessary!! It is a beautiful loaf, and I have exactly the same problem with the slicing aspect. Husband loves the taste and smell, but doesn’t like the thicker slices for sandwiches. Let me know what you discover!! =)

    Haven’t done as much baking lately, but, time was folks asked where I worked out (toned upper arms) and I always responded, “kneading bread,”
    I, too, crave the recipe. No sugar?
