Another Fun Little Thing I Stole from a Friend…

My goodness, have I been a terrible poster lately!! Truthfully, I’ve been sticking to the old addage, “If you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say anything at all,” and really, it has been that way. I’ve been a little too down in the dumps to say much, and I just think no one really wants to read me belly-aching about how miserable I am right now. But again…this shouldn’t last much longer. Sigh.
Soooo, I stole yet another idea from Steph, but I can’t help it, she has such good ideas… ; )

So, here’s how it works:
1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)
2. Put it on shuffle
3. Press play
4. For every question, type the song that’s playing
5. When you go to a new question, press the next button
6. Don’t lie and try to pretend your cool…just type it in man!

Opening Credits: “Emmanuel” by Amy Grant

Waking Up: “Collapse” by Mutemath

First Day At School: “Silent Night” by Crystal Lewis

Falling In Love: “Get Busy Living or Get Busy Dying” by Fall Out Boy

Losing Virginity: “Fast Car” by Tracy Chapman

Fight Song: “Priceless” by Incubus

Breaking Up: “I love You” by the Benjamin Gate

Prom: “Chaos” by Mutemath

Life: “Drop Some Names” by Silage

Mental Breakdown: “Rush” by the Benjamin Gate

Driving: “Skwid” by PAX217

Flashback: “Miserable” by Lit

Getting Back Together: “Long View” by Green Day

Wedding: “More than Fine” by Switchfoot

Birth of Child: “Guerilla Radio” by Rage Against the Machine (ha ha ha!!)

Final Battle: “My Generation” by Limp Bizkit

End Credits: “Gratitude” by PAX217

Okay…that was fun and funny, especially “Guerilla Radio” for birth of child! (Somehow, there’s some appropriateness to that.) Try it…you might like it. : )

  1. LOL! I agree! Some of these were JUST PERFECT and hilarious to boot! Fast Car! LOL and Guerilla Radio! End Credits was perfect and “Prom” Chaos.

I’d play, but I don’t have the tecnology . . . on my realplayer I only have three songs. Sad, I know. I have a ton of CD’s though.
