4-6 Large Avocados, peeled and pits removed
1/2 cup of salsa fresh or store bought
1-2 Tbs. of Mayo (optional)
Juice of one lime
a few shakes of Tabasco sauce
ground salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a large bowl, mash all together with a potato masher or fork.
Variations:
-garlic is always good in guac, fresh or powdered. (Fair warning: fresh will increase in flavor as time wears on.)
-save one of the avocados and cut it up into chunks and add after mashing the rest of the ingredients together
